By applying as a vendor or selling through our platform, you agree to comply with this Marketplace Vendor Policy, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and any other guidelines communicated by Namma Ooru Foods.

Vendors must dispatch orders within the timeline communicated by Namma Ooru Foods. Delayed dispatch may lead to order cancellation, penalty, reduced ranking, or account suspension.

Vendors dealing with food products must follow strict food safety and hygiene practices during: Sourcing, Cleaning, Processing, Cooking, Drying, Packing, Labelling, Storage, Dispatch, and Transportation.
Vendors must ensure that workers, production areas, ingredients, and packaging materials meet safe and hygienic standards.
Any vendor found supplying unsafe, spoiled, adulterated, misbranded, or contaminated products may be immediately suspended or removed from the platform.
Vendors must provide original or legally usable product images, logos, descriptions, and brand content.
Vendors must not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, design rights, privacy rights, or any third-party rights.
Namma Ooru Foods may use vendor-submitted product images, brand details, product descriptions, and marketing materials for listing, promotion, advertising, social media, email campaigns, app promotions, and marketplace visibility.
Vendor payouts will be processed as per the agreed commercial terms between Namma Ooru Foods and the vendor.
Payouts may be subject to deductions such as:
Payout timelines may depend on order delivery confirmation, return window, refund status, bank processing time, and internal verification.
Namma Ooru Foods may charge vendors commission, listing fees, platform fees, packaging fees, marketing fees, logistics fees, payment processing fees, or other agreed charges.
The applicable commercial terms may be communicated separately during onboarding or through vendor agreement.
Namma Ooru Foods reserves the right to revise vendor charges with prior communication.
Approved vendors may receive access to a vendor dashboard to manage products, inventory, orders, dispatch, sales, and performance.
Vendors are responsible for:

Vendors must act professionally and honestly while using the marketplace.
